Well I came here for a bikini wax and might and it was awful! First of all when I arrived the staff were not welcoming at all and I was hardly spoken to. Then I was taken I to the waxing room and this is when I entered the world of pain. I knew the wax would be somewhat painful but I came here as I had come here for a wax for my previous holiday and the girl who did my wax was lovely made lots of conversation and made me feel very comfortable. However this time round I was hardly spoken to and not talked through what was happening. She messed up with the wax and had to do areas multiple times to the point where she told me that she went over them again it would leave a bruise! I remember my previous wax being painful but this was excruciating. When it was finished I was given a leaflet about aftercare (was told nothing verbally) then came to pay and was told o was being charged 35 (for a Hollywood wax).The receptionist told me that they do not accept card payment (its 2018 not the stone age) and I would have to go and get cash out to pay for the wax. I was asked to leave my bag at the salon as insurance while walked to the nearest garage to get cash out. Overall the experience was terrible and I will NOT be returning and would not recommend, unless you enjoy miserable staff and feeling like youre being tortured.
