OUTSTANDING customer service...the best there is. From the moment I walked into the shop the staff made me feel special and put a 'nervous' bride to be at ease. I could not have dreamt of a better service. Nothing was too much for any of the staff/team and I will always be thankful for making the experience of buying a wedding dress special. Bought wedding dress and mother of the bride outfits from here last year. The service and care was excellent. Was made to feel at ease and nothing by was too much trouble. The alterations made were impeccable. Advice was offered but not pushy. Supberb value for money. Really could not recommend this more for a relaxed, no fuss, stress free wedding shopping experience!
