AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID I purchased a Marylin cushed velvet corner sofa early May 2018. Initially the chaise was delivered broken and I had to wait for a replacement. After light use in November the brackets that hold the two sofas together had broken, a piece of exposed wood has appeared on one of the bases and the cushions of the chaise have flattened massively compared to the rest of the sofa. This sofa was priced just short of 1000 and is not of suitable quality. If this is not bad enough the company has just refused to respond to my phone calls or emails asking them to repair the sofa. Letter before court action sent this week and I will be taking them to court. Trading standards also informed. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
So I've never been to the store but the website that I just visited 2 days ago, is shut down. I don't live in the UK so I can only order online.

Bought a sofa on the 10th Dec with a 3-4 weeks delivery date, ended up,taking till March to be delivered. communication was not great, but when sofa arrived it was all good, quality seems good....
Service on the whole was good although everything done by phone...i brought 2x 2 seaters of the crushed velvet Marilyn sofas plus foot stool. POOR QUALITY!! Frame cheap and flimsy only had my sofas since Feb of 2017 one sofa feels like frames going break when you sit down!!! Under the cushions material is a cheap felt like material and cushions are already going flat!!! Paid just under a grand and feel totally ripped off with quality.
