Too many kids running aroud screaming. They need an adults lounge, canthear myself think or relax.
Received an email for a 2 week paid trial, called up and they said they can't offer it as we have left it too late. We emailed the same day. They've done this before as well. It's maybe a way of luring people in to make calls, visit their clubs and sign them up. Wasted my time and I'm not happy. There are plenty of decent gyms in Dudley who don't try these unsavoury tactics and who actually display their prices online. So no need for you to wonder whether you've been milked for all you are willing to pay.
Great pool & gym facilities can't say the same for the staff, they are just not interested, I was promised free passes when I joined but every time I asked them they said the manger was unavailable which was their answer I got for two weeks which they then said I was no long intiled to the passes as its been two weeks since I've joined and the passes are only given at the time you join! I've been there a year now, everytime I ask the staff a question or to book anything in the gym I feel like I'm bothering them.I just feel as though staff training needs to be done. Cafe staff are lovely and welcoming. Although the staff didn't effect me in my gym workout or swimming I just don't look forward to going and the cold greeting you get when you walk in just makes it unwelcoming.
Excellent gym facilities, however the jacuzzi outside is appalling and it would be nice if they could provide equipment to aid swimmers e.g floats.
Seems like a nice gym but unfortunately the membership advisers aren't interested in what you want from your membership but are more concerned about telling you what you need. Tried to get me signed up before I'd even had a look around the gym and seemed annoyed that I wanted a tour! I explained that I needed a months notice from my current gym and she kept ignoring this, trying to get me signed up there and then. Any respectable gym would understand this completely - why would I want to pay for 2 memberships? Also they won't leave you alone afterwards trying to sign you up which I ignored at first, but when you reply saying I'm not looking to at the moment you don't even get a response back - very rude. They clearly have massive targets to achieve.Shame because I was looking to sign up but if that's how they treat their prospective members I dread to think how they treat you once you're signed up!
