Same experience as many others.In my opinion:A positive, to start with: they are brilliant at ignoring complaintsNow, our experience / opinion:-purchase almost fell through because of their incompetence-new unqualified person to deal with most times you contact-people regularly on holiday when you need with no fallback plan in place-you have to constantly chase them-they struggle with basic mathematics, even when you walk them through it step by step-recommended them by a party who in hindsight appears to have possibly had a vested interest-AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOIDThey really do deserve a negative star rating
