I gave up using this post office a few years ago due to the rude and obnoxious owner. His attitude verges on contempt for his customers. Unfortunately I work full time so occasionally have to collect a parcel from here. I am then forced to attend this post office and face the snarling face of the owner and his equally miserable staff. I've not yet worked out if they are miserable because they work for him or he recruits a similar ilk. Luckily I found a lovely post office on the Dovedale road where the owner and staff are a delight, bending over backwards to help. Avoid this place unless forced like I am on occasion.

Confused post office selling varied stuff from fences to toys to shrubs etc.,why??? It's a post office not a hardware/toy/garden shop for goodness sake causing frustrating queues for the many wanting just to use it for sending a parcel...ridiculous service, allsorts shop selling sell what you can under one roof and outdoors post office I've ever been in.

Too many questions up selling at the post office desk, causes delays for other customers. 7 minute wait last week & I was next in the queue. Happens all the time. General shop pricing is strange, no prices on certain items which suggest they are varied. Avoiding from now on.
