Absolutely disgusting agency, my house I rented was disgusting, gas meter condemned, then we had to pay 150 to get asbestos removed and also replaced meter, then boiler was condemned IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER MAY I ADD with 2 young children, mould and damp all over the walls, walls were crumbling environmental health was called. I couldn't live in the property for the first 5 weeks. Left for 4 days with a front door that wouldn't lock, was asked several times if I could do repairs myself NOT MY PROPERTY TO DO SO! Its now over to the courts as they have illegally run off with my money! Agency was paid direct but would ring regularly saying account was in arrears when it certainly wasn't! All I can advice is AVOID!!!

All the staff are welcoming an make it easy for me to speak to them in regards to any ongoing issues I might come across.
