Great variety of shoes but can sometimes have pretty slow service
After waiting 20 mims to be seved when there was no queue and about 10 staff wondering like zombies around the store an Abslute imbecile of a woman served me making me wait ages for her to process my payment as she stood there looking very stoned. She then said that she had removed some money from my gift card but there wasn't enough on them for the full purchase when I'd triple checked that there was. I then had to go to the intu staff who said that the money was indeed on the cards but now that some money had been taken off, I wouldn't receive the money that they had taken for another 4 days.To make a long story short; I had found an amazing sweatshirt which I went to pay for with my Christmas money which I had on 2 gift cards and I ended up leaving the store empty handed a absolutely fuming and 20 less that I wouldn't get back for another 4 days. Absolutely disgraceful service.DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!
Nothing wrong with products but staff leave a lot to be desired, absolutely no idea of customer service. Was left stood there like a Pratt with a trainer for ages by someone who clearly had no intention of getting it as he was too busy showing off to a female colleague, when I went and asked the manager (didnt realise it was the manager but she clearly felt the need to tell me) and tried to make a joke she saw fit to take out her bad day/week/year possibly life out on me. If the trainers hadnt been for my son who was stood next to me Id have gone somewhere decent like jd
