Fantastic quirky place! A bit uneasy on the feet at first but nothing a nice pint can't help! Really nice restraint too, can't wait to come back in the summer

Fantastic place. In the middle of no where you really have to look for this place. The crookedness gives it lots of character. And the ball rolling up the beam is mind blowing. Staff really nice and welcoming and food is great. Defiantly going again.
I been there for a meal with couple of our friends. Good service, tasty food, however menu option was little bit weird. Tree of us decided to go with daily proposition and one want something else. But no, if we want get it, we all have to order same. First time seen something like that. Not really clever.
The disorientation starts even before you reach the door. The deliberately uneven patio makes the approach feel like you are slightly drunk. The inside just becomes more so. Nice beer and good food at reasonable prices. A hidden jem of a pub.
