I always visit late on a Thursday or Friday for a dry cut that hairdresser is great excellent at cutting hair 5*customer service .

Only reason you got 1 star is because it would let me give you zero. I have used this hair and beauty place since it first opened. Always have my eye brows done and hair coloured here. Never had any problems until now. So I went in around a week ago to find a lot of new staff. Thats fine. I had my eye brows done but the lady did them too thin. Mentioned to the lady they were too thin but didnt mind. They will grow back in no time and they werent awful. No apology though. Then, I went in yesterday to have my hair done to find that the hairdresser had not come in to work so I couldnt have my hair done. I asked if I could have an appointment for the following day and was booked in for 9am. Bit annoying but still, its ok. These things happen. Turned up at 9am today to find that I still cant have my hair done because they couldnt find a record card for me! I have my hair cut her every 3-4 Months! Never had an issue. I get that they need to ensure that I l am not allergic but I could have had the skin test the day before, when I went in, had I known they had lost my record card! So annoyed. Then, instead of apologising for the inconvenience when I explained that I came yesterday as well, I was just told that there was nothing they could do. Very unfriendly staff! Recommend you use Supercuts in Merry Hill for same day hair dressing. Still couldnt have my colour done because I had not had a skin test with them yet (understandable), but lovely friendly staff and no drama!!! Never using you again!!
They are fantastic here, never come away dissapointed
I have been here on a few occasions and always been happy. However today while using electric shaver/razor to tidy back of my neck the girl grazed me a couple of times, and I was in and out within half hour. Not happy, will not be going back.
