Good for getting a car when in dire need. However if you run into an issue dont expect it to be of any urgency to them but I guess most car places are like this these days. Over all Im happy with my car .. bit expensive but yeah only thing is to get car inspected within first 2 weeks.. but the guys are pleasant

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I agree with Mark Baylis the previous review.Since I purchased the car 5 months ago Ive had nothing but problems the car was pulling to one side so had to be realigned, the drop links had to be replaced, needed the rubbers on the pedals and the washer jet was burnt and ford recalled this vehicle due to risk of fire Then the DPF was that rotten it fell off and the rest of the exhaust was rotten and blowing, took it to a independent garage for inspection to be told the catalyst converter is knackered and down pipe split and blowing and the rear brake Calipers one had ceased and the other one was leaking they were rotten too. Estimated bill of 1110 to fix and when contacted them about it theyve refused liability and when trying to contact Jason the boss (director) direct hes not available and when went in to see him he denied who he was. Contacted the finance company GLM to find out what theyre going to do, to only find out that its Mark John, Jasons family member thats the director of GLM and Jason is secretary of GLM finance, GLM also refused to sort the issues out so now have had to take legal action and contacted the financial ombudsman against them. Was meant to have a 12 month MOT with no advisories and passed the emissions test but this car should not have passed at all and sold me a unroadworthy vehicle. It is not fair as I have children and one of them is disabled and needs regular hospital treatment I need to get him to.I feel that they have done me over and my case is still ongoing, please avoid they should not be able to get away with this as it could cost some ones life.

Very friendly and helpful staff, no pressure at all.

EDIT: Since owning this car for just over a year, I have had to replace the 02 sensor 3 times(1 of these was done by John, that lasted 4 weeks before it went.) the other 2 I had done properly. It's had new brakes discs and pads as the front were dangerous, a new exhaust because it was badly corroded, new gearbox, new clutch and master slave cylinder. All this on a 2013 (59000 miles)car with apparently no advisories yet on my 1st mot the list was endless. I feel I have been well and truly lumped with a knackered car.

John was great at sorting my new car with a part ex for my old car. Polite, friendly and helpful. If you're looking for genuine and honest help, give them a go.
