Very nice gentleman that were responsible for our renting.
I have had 2 courtesy cars from Europcar in the last 2 weeks and I have been disgusted by both of them. The first, a Citroen Space Tourer arrived 36 hours after it had been promised, it had snotty tissues at the side of the back seat. Damage to 3 separate sections of the bodywork but handover sheet marked as "no damage". Luckily I took pictures. Second car arrived to replace smaller car was a VW Shuttle, again, arrived absolutely filthy with coffee spilt all over passenger side dashboard. Middle row seat belt faulty and damaged, so unusable, so I still can't benefit from 9 seats! Once again a large dent and bodywork damage, once again handover sheet was marked as no damage. This time I made the delivery driver detail all the damage on the handover sheet before I signed for the car. Being a disabled mother with young children, I feel like I have been discriminated against by Europcar by being given sub standard vehicles. This company is a disgrace, avoid at all costs!

Fairly standard Europcar experience. I arrived a little early and my car wasn't ready which is fair enough. Didn't hand it over till five minutes after I had booked it so a rather long wait. The forecourt was rather cramped so not much opportunity for parking.
