I booked online but was unable to complete the booking because the website wouldn't accept my credit details and it went off into an endless loop. As they don't have a phone number on the website i emailed Thrifty and waited 5 days for a reply. I finally get a reply with a booking reference but when i turn up at the garage i'm told that thats not a reference for them and they have no booking under my name. This is not the first time Thrifty have messed me about and i won't be using them again.
