After taking my partners car in for an mot it was failed on 8 points a quote for 80 for a 'broken' part was given which wasn't even broken and had only slipped out of place and they couldn't be bothered to put it back, another quote for a replacement part 60 When it only costs 15Their total quote 180Actual cost of parts 50 + 2 hours of my time130 for 2 hours of labour?!!Not only misrepresented but also over charging, thankfully the car passed an mot elsewhere after the repairs where done for a fraction of the cost plus i got to spend sometime in the sun fixing it so thanks for the tan.

I booked my vehicle in for an MOT. When I arrived at the garage to drop off my vehicle, there was plenty of customer parking. I was greeted by the manager of the garage who was very friendly and courteous. Later that day, I was called by the garage to give an update on the MOT of my vehicle as some work was required to be carried out. The cost quoted was very reasonable and I instructed the garage to carry out the necessary work. When I came to collect my vehicle on completion of the work, I was very pleased with the standard of work carried out and the manager gave me a summary of the general condition of my vehicle. I can certainly recommend this garage and I will be using them in future.
