Do not work for this employer. Although Dr Kudhail himself and a couple of the other staff are good, hard working people - there are a select few who are the exact opposite of this! Poor decontamination processes and cutting corners. the manager is a manipulative and controlling woman who will make your life hell if she doesnt like the look of you. you do not have to have done anything wrong, she will turn very nasty. for 6 months i was bullied by this woman, one of the receptionists and other members of staff. if you have passion for your job, as i did, do not work here as your passion will soon turn to hatred. This place turned me into a nervous and anxious wreck. please do not work here!!!!!!
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Absolutely disgraced by this practice where I have been coming to since a child, came in for a regular checkup and a clean, no problem at all Id been waiting around 10 mins and not even been greeted yet, lady on counter was fantastic I must say, however to my amazement I am a 22 year old older then this assistant and I over heard them asking a colleague whats the ginger boy waiting for? If you want friendly customer service and a practice you can trust I advise you AVOID HERE AT ALL COSTS, unfriendly new staff arent no where as good as the old ones! Feel free to contact me about this service I have received for open honest feedback of your practice which needs some serious drastic improvement! NEVER refer to someone older than 18 as a boy and why discriminate against my hair colour, seriously suggest you look into this further!
Appalling, staff are very unprofessional and rude! The treatment is also unsatisfactory and I wasnt made to feel welcome or comfortable. Furnishings and waiting times were also not up to a good standard. Not impressed! Wouldnt recommend.
Excellent Dentists my previous dentist was a tooth puller. This dentist is a tooth saver. I'm in my 60's and have moved about the country. This is the best dentist out of more than 8 I've had. Sedgley should count themselves fortunate they're there.
