After AJ left they gave me a trainee to perform a root channel (without informing me)..after an hour the procedure failed, badly to the point an experience dentist was called in to put a surgical bung to stop the flow. Now today Im 8 minutes late (despite previously having me waiting 20 mins+ on several occasions (when on time) and the same for my wife and my 2 kids. They try to reschedule me meaning waiting another 2 weeks..Needless to say I wont be back for more torture
I had a tooth taken out and they caused damage to the healthy tooth next to it, now that tooth is loose and and sticking out into the side of my mouth.I called today to arrange an appointment and the girl on the reception was very rude and pointed out that i had canceled two previous appointments, (Yes i did call to cancel theses due to personal reasons, I CALLED its not like i just didn't bother to turn up) She was being very awkward about giving me an appointment and said they do not have any for the next 2 or 3 weeks. When i asked for her name because i was getting sick of being spoken to like a peace of dirt her attitude changed to being helpfull and told me to call back after 2pm today because they have some appointments saved. I will not give her name on here but it begins with a N and she is working today. I do not expect this attitude from a company i Pay

Went to Purity today for some dental work. Couldn't be happier as staff were so helpful to me. I walk with a stick due to chronic pain, they offered me a downstairs room and staff were extremely polite. My 7 year old son also attends the surgery and they are very kind and patient with him.
