please do not go here if you need any help or support l only give one star because l could not give 0 star.

My aunty died here last week under their watch. All she needed was a safe place to stay for a few days and talk to someone but they didnt want to know was too busy chatting at the desk to even notice she had taken her own life in her room. Will never ever forgive them yes it was ultimatly her choice but im pretty sure she felt like she had no other choice especially as no one was listening when she needed them the most. We left her there thinking it was the safest place for her to be at that moment in time we have to live with that regret for the rest of our lives. Now our family is broken and we want to know why and how this could of happened. In my opinion relatives are best left with family people who care not staff who get paid to just sit and talk all day and night to themselves. Hope you never have to experience this

most kindest patient supportive workers i've come into contact with after living the last 20 years actually knowing why I feel different and BBIIGG RREESSPPEECCTT to NICK (an absolute diamond who I will never forget) also sam and jaqcui and emma. even after I messed up big time I was still treated with kindness and support and want to say THANKYOU to you all OH! and sorry about the signs (you will know what I mean) LOL

GP gets in touch explaining about a client who cannot leave his home and shows signs of suicidal tendencies and desperately needs professional help. Bushy fields response is to make an appointment to go visit them at Bushy fields, refuse to listen that the person is unable to travel there due to there mental health condition and reschedule anther appointment to go there. It comes to something when a mental health hospital doesn't understand basic mental health issues. Note for the team. An agoraphobic (which I am) is unable to leave the home, if I was able to get to you I wouldn't be needing your help on the issue. Totally uncaring unless you seem an easy fix (this has been ongoing for many years now, at one point it resulted in having my money stopped for 6 months thanks to this place, I thought they were supposed to help, not make patients WORSE)

The Outpatient Department is wonderful... A beautiful building with wonderful and supportive staff. I had an Autism diagnosis here and I can honestly say they were the most friendly and understanding people I could ever imagine.
