Spoilt what would have been a really enjoyable and otherwise comfy night ...was minus 1 outside and throughout the film I was subjected to a cold air blowing on me I did not remove my outer layers and had to cover my face to keep the warm in, when you go to the pictures you would like to be as comfortable as watching it from your own chair at home... .
Prices not as cheap as some smaller local cinema's. But seating and movie quality great. Staff always very pleasant.
After not been able to going to the cinema for 6 years it was nice to see friendly staff, easy options to collect / purchase tickets, clean toilets with a big open space to loiter and meet up with friends. For the age of the venue it's well looked after, I've seen this place change over the years since I was a teenager and it's still going strong, you can't tell the quality of the film your seeing but at least your in good hands. It's a cinema. You know what you're going to get...highly priced movies and over-price snacks. Seating is relatively comfortable. I would give it 2 stars, however, the member of staff that served us was extremely helpful and generous so the third star is for her.
Good cinema experience. Easy parking. Very nice surroundings. Book the comfy chairs. Shame that the surround sound is just too loud. Needs reviewing and lowered without spoiling the cinema effect.
