Excellent experience. The cinema was clean and the largest screen incredible. State of the art surround sound. Food as ever a bit over priced but service very good. For a once in a while treat fantastic night out. If you get chance try the Ben and Jerry's Core for a treat! Sam served me with exceptional customer service and lovely smile. Highly recommended.
Great Place to come and watch a movie with friends or family. In a great location too, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment around Castlegate. Parking is also free too, and plenty of spaces are available at the back.
Lovely cinema, great prices and plenty of cinema snacks on offer. Couldnt help think the old cinema screens could do with upgrading. Seats have seen better days and creak when you make the slightest movement. Puts you off the film when people are moving around in a quiet scene.
Great venue. Easy and free parking. Plenty of restaurants to have a meal m, before or after a film. Great selection of films to choose from plus snacks, hot and cold drinks and ice creams. Comfortable seating. Clean toilets. Helpful and pleasant staff.
Always good here. Been loads of times and never been disappointed. Only criticism. The walls from adjoining cinema seem a bit thin as it's easy to hear some of next doors soundtrack.
