They tell you to phone 8am for same day appointment and when you do it's engaged for good 15-20 mins and when you finally get through they say oh we're fully booked at the moment you can call back tomorrow..also some of the staff are quite rude and arrogant and i think some of their doctors are not that good really this asian lady in her late 30s early 40s maybe examined my 5 month old baby and said she's fine she's a happy baby lungs are clear and that same day later on we took her to A&E Urgent Care Centre and they said she's got Bronchiolitis so..there you have it not very high standard medical practice as you would expect unfortunately
I hate this place and do not recommend it because the staff are rude and do not care for your medical problems and will quickly throw you aside. I was told to call at 8 to set up an important appointment but when I did I have no answer so I waited 10 mins and called again then got told I was too late even though I need an appointment urgently.
It's hard to make an appointment. You can't just phone any time and make one you have to phone before 09:00. I wish St Thomas' surgery was still open...
Everytime I call to get my repeat prescription they say no the Chemist has to do it or I have to keep going in and I can hardly walk etc so kates Hill Chemist miss most of my meds off which messes me up every month. It's a joke since being moved from the network, utter nonsense if I must say so myself.. And the attitude stinks with one of the receptionists totally appalled by it...
Everytime I call this surgery I receive poor service from the receptionists over the phone. Lady told me I couldn't have an appointment that day as my reason was not 'important enough and told me to call back the next day' rang the next day and got denied an appointment again reasons for this was no appointment available made a fuss about this and immediately she gave me an appointment for that same day. Always arrive early prior to appointment and end up waiting atleast 45 minutes until after my appointment time to see GP. The doctors are good when you are able to see them but otherwise this surgery is a joke.
