Waiting a good couple of minutes stood at reception being ignored by all 3 receptionist, until even being acknowledged to be told "we wont be long" to still wait for anyone to just book me in. Then all I hear while waiting for my appointment is them gossiping about their colleagues and how "useless" they are and how sick of being asked for things to be done of the phone ringing they are. Isn't that literally their job? Unprofessional. Glad this isn't my usual doctors!
