Can hardly ever get through on the phone. I've had a suspected kidney infection for over a week now and it's been awfully handled

I was under Dr Shatner until he retired and was advised to come here. I have always been received good service here and always been able to get an appointment without any trouble although the phone is nearly always engaged.

This so called doctors is absolutely horrendous! If I could give this joke of a medical center less than one star I would. Since my previous GP Dr shather retired and I was forced to move to this surgery. All I have had is trouble with everything from my prescriptions, to appointments and general care management. After being diagnosed with Hughes syndrome and suffering a DVT and PE I have been unable to mobilise. Dr shather my previous GP took care of me, this surgery couldn't give a damn if I was dead. I'm currently under anticoagulant therapy and pain management in Which I was specifically given pain killers and other medications to help with my DVT pain. Even though my carers gave in my application for this doctors with all the information containing my medical records, copy of all my prescriptions and consultants I was under. I don't even think these idiots can read! All I've had is problems from day one. Continuously phoning me to go down for an"MOT" even though I can't walk? I told the snobby receptionist, I couldn't go and that all information was detailed in my application for the surgery, she honestly couldn't of cared less, threatening to take me off the list if I didn't attend this MOT? I still haven't gone and this poxy place is impossible to get through to on the phone and when you do the receptionists think they are more qualified than the doctors. They have stopped four of my medications that where prescribed by pain management and anticoagulant team AND my consultant in hymatoligy. I was admitted to hospital due to being in such horrific pain and my leg had swollen to the point I couldn't move it. The doctors in A+E where appalled by this doctors surgery for stopping my medications saying that they had "no right to stop any of my medication when pain management have prescribed long term treatment" they also said they where going to write a letter to this surgery and tell them straight! My carers took a copy of my prescriptions with the medications on to show that they where prescribed to me since January, however the receptionist still said they had "no record" of my prescriptions or my illness, they didn't even know my children where born!? Even though everything they needed had been given them TWICE when applying to the surgery and again when I had problems with my prescriptions it was in black and white in front of their Face!!! To this day they STILL haven't sorted anything out and I'm looking for a new GP surgery as this place is beyond incompetent and an absolute joke. I also paid 20 to have a letter prepared by this place and they copied and pasted a letter my previous GP had written before he retired! As I have a copy of all my medical records and letters. This place is an joke, I hate it. It should be shut down. Been suffering unnecessarily since I joined this place and they still haven't bothered. I can't wait to leave. I wouldn't take a dog here nevermind my children!!!
