Impossible to book an appointment, call back tomorrow is always the answer after waiting 25 minutes on the phone
constant misdiagnosis, doctors tend to brush off your problems and quick to send you out. way too much effort to get an appointment in the first place - phone's are busy as soon as the line opens, no matter how early you call. you call back a bit later and no appointments are left. doctor bashed the 111 service that i had to call because the general practitioners couldn't help me. they're just as bad, probably worse tbh.
Yes I agree there are days when is hard to get appointment but most places are busy these days...I am happy with my dr. Thelma. I have see her a few times. To be honest she takes actions when is really need it.
Horrible place, Ive booked an appointment and after two weeks they finally gave me.Took the appointment with the nurse.on the they I was there and at the reception they told me that I was late which wasnt true and later they told me that the freezer for the injection was broke and need to wait one month.Avoid avoid avoid
Always been good so far reception staff have always been helpful I am a carer and have had problems in the past with a different surgery but stepping stones have been good doctors and reception staff
