Useless! The Receptionist with the accent downright disrespectful and thinks she is in control of your medications, the doctors don't listen to your complaints and try palm you off with happy tablets for neck joint pain or offer you nothing, getting a prescription on repeat regularly from them is also a complete nightmare... Incompetence of the highest order.
Very rude receptionist who gets away with speaking to patients how she wants. After asking for my appointment to be rebooked as I was in the waiting area for 45 minutes with my very irritable newborn waiting for his vaccination she was very argumentative and refused to do so. Absolute joke of a service will be changing doctors.
