I am not with this practice knor would I want to be I know several people at this practice You can never get an appointment and what's more children under the age of 16 get free prescriptions but when a gp at this practice refuses and the NHS website says that a certain medication is available off your gp and is not given when it should be it's disgusting I would not recommend this practice till anyone
I have not had to wait for an appointment, always been seen on the day. More than happy with the service I have received.Its not as good as it was. I had a letter from the critical care unit on how to treat me, 9 days on and still not doing as the letter advised them to.Ive registered a formal complaint now.
Seems a common theme with this practice rude receptionist how is this place still open and still have patients?! if your new to area stay clear we will be changing doctors ourselves
Rude receptionist. Didnt want to help even though I have a low supply of my medication just kept passing the blame. Would not recommend at all :)
Did not even get past the receptionist, she was abrupt and very rude. As a potential new patient I would rather go to A &E than have to approach her for assistance. The "face" and best advertisement for a business is your front office and as far as I can tell the doctor must be terrible. Would have to wait 30 Days to register and see a Doctor. I got fast and friendly service from Stepping Stones Medical Practice and will be registered and see a Doctor within 10 days. The young man in reception was smiling and so helpful. No guessing who gets my business
